RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Leiora the Label, every garment is carefully handmade in small runs. We encourage thoughtful purchasing, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review our full policy below.

Returns Process

  • You may initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To lodge a return, please contact us at Leiorathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

  • Customers within Australia will receive return instructions via our local carrier network. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Customers outside of Australia are required to arrange their own return shipping via their local postal service. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot process returns that do not reach us safely.

 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item, you may request one of the following:

  • Exchange – subject to stock availability

  • Refund – processed to your original payment method

  • Store Credit – valued at 110% of your returned item, with no expiry date

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

  • Garments with makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.

  • Exchange orders will be dispatched once the return is received and inspected.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Faulty items will be assessed, and if approved, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be offered. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.

As our garments are handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric, or finish are part of the unique character of the piece and not considered faults.

 

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for refund or store credit.

In limited cases, exchanges for sizing may be accommodated, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes. This is due to the handmade and limited nature of our production process.

 

Our Commitment

Because each piece is handmade with intention, our return process is slower than that of mass-produced fast-fashion brands. We kindly ask customers to choose carefully before purchasing, as part of our slow-fashion philosophy is reducing unnecessary returns and creating garments that are cherished for years.
