All Leiora the Label garments are handmade to order or in limited runs. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. During peak periods (collection launches or sales), processing times may be longer.

• International: We ship to selected countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Delays & Liability

• Leiora the Label is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.

• Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Leiora the Label is not liable for loss or theft. We recommend choosing a delivery address that is secure and attended.

 

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs (International Orders)

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer once the order arrives in their country.
